About Me
My name is Sherif Musah, I’m a professional boxer with 10+ years experience working in the fitness sector.
My passion for fitness was first ignited from as young as 7 being the son of a soldier. The regiment of waking up early and making your bed & doing exercise was instilled in to me.
I joined a boxing club and competed in boxing bouts and tournaments in different countries.
I’ve had 60bouts, winning; national title, elite London title, 2 haringey box cup gold medals.
Having worked in all types of gyms and met different individuals from all works of life. I’ve learnt how to adapt my training methods based on the individual. To bring out the best of them, genetically possible.
